GOC launches declarations guidance consultation

Decs webWe are consulting on new guidance for applicants and registrants who need to make a declaration to us.

Registrants must declare all criminal convictions, cautions and disciplinary proceedings to us on their registration, retention and/or restoration form.

We're looking for feedback on the clarity, format and content of the new guidance. We want to ensure that the guidance is as clear as possible so that registrants fully understand their responsibilities.
