CHRE holds interactive public meetings

5 Jan 2010

Back to news listing

The Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence (CHRE) is holding a series of six interactive public meetings in March.

CHRE oversees nine of the UK Healthcare regulators, including the GOC. Their aim is to protect the public, promote best practice and progress excellence in relation to the regulation of healthcare professionals.

The programme for the day is designed to help de-mystify the role of regulation in the health sector. Various exercises will enable you to get involved and lend your voice to some ongoing debates in the field of professional regulation. You will also meet representatives from the health professional regulatory bodies, who are working with CHRE to deliver these meetings.
