Informing PCTs - web

We would like to remind all registrants who are performers included in a PCT's performers list of their ongoing duty to notify the PCT should they become subject to an investigation into their professional conduct.

This applies to any investigation by any licensing, regulatory or other body (Regulation 9(1)(i) of the National Health Service (Performers List) Regulations 2004) within 7 days.

Performers should therefore notify their PCT/s if they become subject to a GOC fitness to practise investigation within 7 days of receipt of a formal letter of notification by the GOC.
