• Being open and transparent about the process we adopt and the decisions we make whilst protecting confidentiality.
• Ensuring that commercially sensitive information is treated confidentially.
• Ensuring we comply with legal duties placed upon us regarding data protection and the common law duty of confidentiality.
• That any disclosure of information is lawful and proportionate in all of the circumstances
• Completing a public interest test when applicable.
• Publishing information in an easily accessible format where possible.
