Updating your details

You must inform us as soon as possible if any of the information provided on your registration, restoration or retention application changes during the course of the year. This includes your contact and practice addresses, insurance details and declaration information. Students should also inform us of any changes to their educational establishment or supervisor details.

You can update much of your personal information by logging on to the registrants area. This is usually the quickest means of updating your details as the amendments are implemented automatically within 24 hours. It is not however possible to update your qualifications online and students are not able to update the name of their training establishment by logging on to the registrants area. In this case it is necessary to contact the Registration team.

If you do not use the registrants area to update your details we would require written confirmation of your wish to amend your records by email to the Registration Department.

 If you wish to change your name on the register it is necessary to provide a copy of an official document showing your full name, e.g. a copy of your marriage certificate or a copy of a change of name deed.
