This process covers the steps we will take in deciding whether to remove a registrant’s name or registered specialty from the register for failure to meet the CET requirements as defined by the relevant legislation (‘CET requirements’).

If you believe that our CET records are not accurate and you should not be removed from our registers, you can dispute your removal by filling out the form below.
The application must be sent by email to cet@optical.org, or by post to 10 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7NG.
