In what format should we produce the Codes of Conduct? 

The Codes of Conduct outline the personal, professional and ethical standards expected of individual optometrists, dispensing opticians and optical businesses in the UK. They should play a crucial role in the everyday practice of GOC registrants.

Patients and members of the public also need to know what they should expect when they visit their optician.

We want to ensure the Codes of Conduct are available to all registrants as well as patients and the public in a user-friendly format. To do this we need your help! Please take a moment to answer the following questions:
